- certain people are destined to come into your life to help you heal something from this lifetime or some other lifetime
- all the events that unfold in this lifetime are here in order to help you evolve into a higher consciousness being

Whether these contracts are filled with joy or not, these relationships always present opportunities for spiritual growth. You planned it with the help of divine guidance and know what the other soul is assisting you to understand. Not all insights are planned and set as fate, if your soul would like to better understand the concept of acceptance then you will have contracts with other souls to help you experience acceptance in shadow and in light. This could mean experiencing feeling accepted and unaccepted. These lessons may take one lifetime or multiple lifetimes to master depending on the individual consciousness.
Soul contracts are not always soft and filled with joy. Think about who challenges you the most, who makes you angry, creates doubt, or broke your heart. Reflecting on these contracts give you an opportunity for expansion — growth, great understanding and becoming a higher version of yourself. All the relationships in your life bringing you more support, love, safety, comfort and trust are soul contracts.
Experiences are here to provide personal growth and you are here for them to make the choices that lead you into your divine potential and true power.
