The composition of a single cell consists of protons (+) and electrons (-) that maintain the essence and energy levels of an atomic cell. In the ways of Buddhism and Tao, Yin and Yang are two sides of one body, and they trace each other in the shadows. In the existence of unity, there is Yang in Yin, and Yin in Yang, birthing universal vitality. It is of no use if an individual defines themselves within one polarity. Appearance is of the least concern, what is sought divinely is a soft fluidity on the outside and resilience on the inside.

I am neither independent, nor are you independent. You and I are connected through divinity. Without me there would be no you, without you I would cease to exist. You and I do not exist in division, rather unify as one.

單細胞的組成由質子(+)和電子(-)維持細胞的本質和能量水平。在佛道學裡，陰陽也是一體兩面，跟隨影子變動。合一的存在裡陰中有陽，陽中有陰，才有生命力。如果一個人只有其一也是毫無作用。外在並不是很重要，求的是外柔內剛。

我並非獨立的存在，你也並非獨立存在，我和你是高度相連的。沒有我就沒有你，沒有你也就沒有我。你我都不是獨立存在的，是一體的。
